Everybody goes on a really big rage when they can’t brush their teeth and throughout the day it’s hard, considering people are at work or school or even college. You’ll find your self throughout the day drinking pop, water and foods that can really damage your teeth. Over the next 5 minutes of reading this article, I’m going to be going over a few things that you, as an individual can benefit from, whilst your at work or in education.

  1. Eat Crunchy Foods
Eating certain crunchy foods such as fruits; apples, celery, carrots, bananas can really help clean your teeth and they can also help clean the plague from your teeth, including tartar. Next time you’re at work or school, take some of these foods with you and they’ll give your teeth a fresh new look and of course, a decent smell on your breath. You can also try certain vegetables, such as carrots, these really do help your teeth.
  2. Use a Straw
This is a GREAT tip, I honestly can’t stress this one enough, whenever you’re about to drink a can of pop, generally you’ll find that it goes all over your teeth, and when doing this, you’ll find that you’re teeth catches LOADS of sugar, and I mean loads. Drinking threw a straw can limit the amount sugar comes in contact with your teeth. It reduces teeth staining, and the liquid, flows a lot better.
  3. Gurgul Water In Your Mouth
If you find yourself not being able to brush your teeth, and you’ve just eaten or drank a coffee, or something that really stinks, or anything of that nature, just drink some water and if you want you can also gurgul water in your mouth. This cleans your mouth and it removes a great deal of the film that generally sits on your teeth and stains them. It’s important to do this ever so regularly.
  4. Be Gentle
Just be gentle, is that so much to ask? I mean it’s not exactly hard to be gentle with your teeth, when you next find yourself brushing your teeth, be gentle and be sure to have a timer when brushing your teeth. Generally it’s best to brush your teeth for 2 minutes and when you don’t it’s not as effective as generally is.
  5. Chew Gum
Kinda similar to number 1) – Chewing things can help clean teeth, after eating or drinking. This will help clean your teeth and it’s very important that it’s sugarless gum, because remember, sugar can really damage your teeth. The great thing about chewing gum is that it will get in between the teeth and gums and remove the particles. Gum should never be placed with brushing your teeth, remember that.
